PETER PAN

The name PETER PAN is symbolically representative of the young age of the vines, which, although young, manage to be very representative of the territory. It is a very intense wine, with grapes harvested at the limit of being over-ripe, and then aged for over a year in 20 hl oak barrels. It is produced only in the best years. The selection is made in the highest vineyard of the company and the harvest usually takes place in mid-October.

Merlot

Il Merlot è ormai un vitigno presente in tutto il panorama internazione, ma non per questo banale o stucchevole; la nostra idea è di preservare il grande frutto che può sprigionare, senza renderlo troppo tannico. Viene vendemmiato in un periodo variabile da inizio settembre fino a fine settembre, a seconda delle zone e del vino che si andrà a realizzare. Vigne giovani di 8 anni.

The grapes remain on the skins for about 20 days in steel tanks, before being racked into 20 hl oak barrels for aging (about 12 months) and then going into bottle.

It is the fruit of our best efforts at making a pure Merlot on the soils of the Colli Berici.
